Nick Coster - General Manager
Nick is the General Manager of People4Success and brings with him a wealth of experience in the rural and farming sectors. With experience in corporate farming roles and almost a decade in banking, Nick has developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities that the sector presents.
Throughout his career, Nick has consistently demonstrated his ability to deliver results, whether it be through his expertise in financial management or his keen eye for identifying growth opportunities. He has also built a reputation for his excellent communication skills and his ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Nick is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring that it continues to provide its clients with the highest level of service and support. With his extensive knowledge and experience in the rural sector, Nick is well-equipped to guide People4Success towards continued success in the years ahead.

Toni Trusler - Consultant and Project Specialist
With current farming interests and a background in corporate management, sales and marketing, Toni is well positioned to understand client perspectives and lead the People4Success team.
Her experience in large-scale global businesses as well as the not for profit and small industry sectors, combined with the reality of running a farm in New Zealand, means Toni understands what it takes when it comes to making a business work, whatever the scale.
Her HR and Marketing degree from Waikato University has been an invaluable foundation to her work at People4Success along with her strong links to the agribusiness and farming sectors.

Suzanne Wood - Consultant and Payroll Master
As our Applicant Manager Suzanne gets to do what interests her most….helping people find great jobs. Suzanne graduated with a BSc Hons Agri in Food Marketing and Business Studies from Harper Adams University in Shropshire, UK and went on from there to work in insurance in the rural and commercial sectors.
She and her husband immigrated to New Zealand in 2011 and up until joining the People4Success team Suzanne worked for in the retail and primary sectors. Suzanne is passionate about her role and her experiences on both sides of the recruitment table means she's ideally placed to help you get what you're looking for.

Paula McCullough - Finance and Payroll Guru
With a background in both public and private sectors Paula can easily relate to the problems faced by businesses in ensuring they meet their obligations to their teams.

Paula's career has spanned local government, construction and professional services industries and in her spare time she and her husband run a successful (and award winning) building business and have interests in dairy farms in Australia.
