People4Success' 8 Steps to Increasing Your Team’s Productivity is a programme devised by industry professionals to meet the specific needs of people managing staff on a day to day basis. 

The 8 Steps Programme is for those who are currently in a managerial role or looking to move into a managerial role in the near future so is ideal for those with little or no formal management trainign who recognises that in order to progress they need ot build their skills in this area.

Participants finish the programme with an action plan to implement when they return to their workplace. This is a programme that is about getting the right management behaviours to get the best outputs from your people.

This is a two-day intensive management programme with a focus on the practical application of skills.
