People4Success has been in operation since October 2005.  Since that time the business has shown strong growth and in July 2008 was recognised for its innovation at the Waipa Networks Business Awards.

The People4Success team have extensive experience across all aspects of recruitment and Human Resource activities.  
 

This business exists to

  • Create a business model for HR consulting and recruitment that can be replicated in smaller towns throughout New Zealand

Lee Astridge

Lee is the founder and principle consultant of People4Success.    Her extensive international HR and training experience in both the corporate and smaller business sectors ensures high performance outcomes for her clients.   She is passionate about her business and helping other business owners achieve better bottom line performance through effective ‘people’ strategies.

Lee is a professional member of the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand and has built a strong reputation nationally for both her HR expertise and her abilities as a motivational trainer and facilitator. 
 

 

Clark Collins

Clark Collins

Clark joined the People4Success team following a two year stint as a recruitment consultant for a large corporate based in Hamilton.  Prior to this he worked in a more generalist HR role in New Zealand before travelling overseas for a three year period working as an English language tutor in Asia.

Clark has a degree in organisational psychology and takes responsibility for sales and the permanent recruitment business at People4Success.  He is focused on ensuring both applicants and clients receive the highest levels of service and get great job matches. 

 

 

Caroline Britton

Caroline Britton

Caroline has worked extensively in coaching, communications, performance improvement, and facilitation in both the private and public sectors.  For fifteen years she ran the highly successful Phoenix Training specialising in a range of communication, management, and behavioural development programmes.   From coping with change (personally or professionally) through to helping to create HR and team strategies that improve performance and productivity, Caroline’s straight forward approach means she has a reputation for creating accountability and results.

Caroline holds an MA (Hons) degree, two Licentiate Diplomas in Public Speaking and Communication from the New Zealand Speech Board, and is a registered teacher.

 

Paula McCullough

Paula McCullough

With a background in both the public and private sectors, and experience in running a family business, Paula can easily relate to the problems faced by businesses in ensuring they meet their obligations under legislation.   Paula’s career has spanned payroll, HR and accounts areas and she juggles part time work for People4Success with her commitments to her young family. 
 

Paula takes responsibility for our accounts and payroll functions and gets involved in providing advice and assistance to clients in this area.
