The role of our newest Customer Services Administrator at Waipa Networks offers a customer service professional with great numeric skills, or an accounts payable specialist with great customer skills, the opportunity to join this high performing team.


The customer services team at Waipa Networks has a well-earned and well-deserved reputation for helping their customers navigate the sometimes tricky and always important process of getting and keeping their electricity connected.  


This new role also takes on electricity lines billing alongside customer and field services team support and general administration associated with ensuring the lights are kept on across the district 


Great service is in the DNA of the customer services team and a big part of this is making sure you pay attention to the detail because, after all, we are an essential services provider.  People rely on us and part of being in our team is being able to rely on each other.
